I hate to say this but you need to prove to a honda car dealer that you own the car, then remove the radio. their is a code # on the tag on the radio that the honda dealer can use to figure out your unlock code....
Good Evening, I am sorry to hear you're having problems with your radio. Unfortunately the only real way to get the radio code is pull out the radio and get the serial number off of it then call your local honda dealer and they will be more than happy to give you the code once you explain your situation. Any more questions please feel free to ask.
if you dont have your radio code then we need to get your serial number,
there 3 ways to get it. * First try looking in your glove box for a
sticker which will be a 7 or 8 digit number (your serial number) if its
not there, then try this - With the radio off hold in buttons ' 1 ' and '
6 ', while holding those in turn on the power button, that should give
you your serial number, * If that still dosnt work then you will have to
pull the radio out of the dash and get the serial number off of the back
of the radio. * Once you have your serial number contact your local honda
dealer and tell them your situation and they will be able to give you
the code to unlock your radio.
Also, you will have to contact your Honda Dealer. The original selling dealer
may have the code on file. If not you will have to remove the radio and
get the serial number of the chassis. With this serial number, any Honda dealer
can provide the correct code. There is no other way to unlock the radio
than with that code.
If the code is not written on the radio casing or inside the glove compartment, in/under the ashtray, behind the sun visor (or similar “hidden” place inside your car ) then the majority of HONDA codes may be available here
https://radio-navicode.honda.com
You will require the car VIN number and Radio serial Number
If they cannot provide your code then you will have to try your HONDA Main Dealer .....or a Decode Service who will plug in a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) =

if you do not have original anti-theft radio code you will need to remove radio and retrieve s/n off of radio. once you have that you can go into nearest honda dealer and with s/n they can give you correct radio code
Find the 5 digit radio code or remove the radio to get the serial number. A Honda dealership can get you the code if you have the serial number.Or they can get both.
