time to call service guy you are cycling on a saftey which means somethings not right in ignition circuit the only thing i would tell a untrained person to try is cleaning the flame rod which is part of the pilot assembly it is a metal rod that gives small electric current to ignition device confirming that you have a pilot lite you can lightly sand with sand cloth

Check for 24 volts across the two terminals on the gas valve when the ignitor glows. If yes, bad gas valve or blockage in the gas train. If no, bad ignitor or circuit board. Even if the ignitor glows, it still may be bad and not sending the proper signal to the board. If you jump the R and G terminals on the circuit board, does the fan still only run for 90 seconds? If so I would say replace the board.

There may be more than 1 limit switch. Look at the wiring diagram and follow it to all switches. Or jump out the complete circuit.
