Creda iwd12 - how to remove the front

The rubber door seal on my machine has broken. I have tried to replace the part myself by removing the top, front control panel and detergent drawer but the front of the machine appears to be welded on and I can't remove it to get inside. I have watched the espares video on replacing the rubber but the front of that machine just pops off. Not the case here. Any suggestions?

SOURCE: Creda IWD12 filter.

I bet there's some foreign object that has dropped from basked trough the pipe leading to filter casing blocking it. Take a flashlight, get your head down an take a good look in filter casing. There's definitely some foreign object inside. Don't force the filter!

SOURCE: Creda IWD12 makes noise when spinning but still works ok

Either a concrete balance weight is loose or broken, or the main drum bearings are worn. Spin the drum by hand, and if it feels noisy or rough, then it is the main drum bearings that have failed.

SOURCE: the hinge of the washing machine has broken - Creda W100FW

The door hinge block has fallen inside the front of the washer. To retieve it, tilt the washer back, and you should find it at the left hand side.
Remove all screws securing 2 parts of door together, prise apart with a screwdriver or similar, and the door will come apart.
You can now access the hinge and all other partsd inside the door.
Trust this helps.
Thankyou.

Front door rubber seal

Fairly easy to do. It is held on with 2 wire rings, one on the outside edge of the seal when you open the door and when that is removed there is another one holding it to the outer drum. Removal of the lid may also help with removal of the inner ring. When refitting you press the lip of the seal over the outer drum edge and fit the retaining ring back and then do the same on the front where the door meets the seal. Just make sure the small drain holes in the seal are located at the bottom, best to look at the old one to see how it's fitted before you remove it.

Smells like old smelly socks

this might be coming from the rubber door seal clean it all the way round make sure holes at bottom are not blocked and the rubber door seal is all clean. also clean the draw so there is no power left in there and it is all clean. also a good thing to do is run it though a cleaning cycle with normal detergent at max temperature that the machine can do. hope this helps.

Remove the wire clamp securing rubber seal to front of washer, pull seal of front of washer, this will give you clear access to tjhe door hinge, ondo the 2 screws securing the door hinge, remove door ,and seperate the 2 door halves by removing the screws securing it together
Replace with new hinge, fit back in reverse order.

My creda iwd12 front load is not working

If the m/c completed the wash cycle, it may be that the clothes have not rinsed, or incorrect prog selected, or incorrect temp selected,
Check to see if the drum actually goes round with clothes in, as a worn or broken belt will obviously stop the clothes from being washed.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.

Creda IWD12 filter.

As far as I remember it goes like this.
take the filter in your hand and turn the knob counter clock wise intill it almost comes off. Then gently shuff it into the filter hole. Push it in as far as you can and than tighten it again.
