1. Verify the monitor's power cord is plugged firmly into the wall outlet and the back of the monitor.
2. Verify the monitor cable is firmly connected to the computer and the monitor.
3. Verify that you have turned the monitor power switch on.
4. If the power light on the monitor is not on, test the wall outlet (plug in a light or something you know works).
5. If the power light on the monitor is not on, try a different power cord.
6. If the power light is on and yellow or flashing, but nothing displays, borrow a monitor from a friend. If that works, your monitor probably needs replaced.

there are so many things that can go wrong, the best thing is to take/send to a
professional , or i can take a look at it.
many repairs are the standard capacitor replacement, but many others should be
done by someone that has a bit of background in electronics to test all the circuits.

Maybe your monitor's having trouble getting power. Try plugging it out, and then in again. If that's not working, call you're monitor's manufacturer (if you don't know the number, try searching on the internet). Or maybe that's not the case. Maybe your PC takes time sending the signal to monitor. Call the computer's manufacturer (if you don't know the number, try searching on the internet).
Hope that helps,
No input usually indicates the machine is having trouble getting a video signal from the monitor. Check and make sure the monitor cable is connected properly. If you have another monitor also test the machine with another monitor.
The monitor should come when the power button is pressed once - period. If not, and it continues to happen when connected to another PC, then the hardware (internal electronic part/s) is having trouble powering up the panel/ccds and it should be replaced/serviced according to the terms of the warranty. I suggest to bring the unit to an authorized service center to properly diagnose & fix it. regards
Hi, it sound like that your monitor is totally dead. You can also try replacing the power cable just for us to know the caused of that issue. and after replacing the power cable it only means that the power supply of that monitor is not functioning well. You can take that monitor to the nearest service center in your area or call your monitor vendor for service.
i fixed this problem by unplugging the monitor, unplugging the video cables. Then hold down the power button while plugging it back in. Release power button and then press power button for on. It worked then. I got the icon for no signal, i plugged back in my monitors. Sceptre X9W
It could be your LCD backlight giving you problems. With the computer on and the monitor power LED green shine a flashlight in the lower left hand corner of your screen. Look for the ?Start? button, if your backlight is not working you?ll see a faint ?start? button if you look closely. Depending on the monitor this is usually and economically repairable problem.
