My 2 group astoria over steams from top of boiler.it warms up then in about half hr steam shoots out at the preasure valve doicky do i need a new one of those thanks greg

The pressure releive valve is pre-factory set to open if the pressure in boiler reach between 1.6 to 1.8 bars.
So either you have the presure switch (presostat) not working normal which supose to switch off the electrical element at 1.2 to 1.3 bars.
So look at the presure gauge at which presure the presure releive valve open and releive the steam out from boiler if it shown more than 1.5 bar the you need to check the presure switch since it does not switch off the heating element.
If the presure releive valve open below 1.5 bar then you need to replace the releive valve.
Good Luck

I have a craftsman 2 hp air compressor,(model#919.176320) that fills fine, but then will not refill,as if there is presure in the line. The instructions say it will fill to 125lbs,Then refill(cut in...

Hi,lets see what we can do.The air compressor has a relief valve, like check valve .that is not working. The valve reliefs the head pressure so it can be restarted at any time.If pressure is on top of the piston pushing down it can not restart. The pressure in the head on top of the piston is greater than the pressure under the piston.I hope this helps,if you need more assistance feel free to contact me.,,roniecon@gmail.com

Washer overfilling tub and not shutting off

did it start agaitating? if yes then its your water valve.[where the fill hoses attach to washer from house] if no then it has to do with water level switch.in whirlpool/kenmore washers its very common for the water presure tube to come off of the water level switch.up in the timer console area.other brands dont have that happen as much.some times a mouse has chewed in that presure tube .see what you can do with that.check back with us if needing more help. God bless ,tom

Fill will not stop

you may have a problem with your pressure switch. or sometimes they call it the water level switch.

try to use it in the small level and see if it would stop filling around medium or large quantities of water.

if it would stop filling , then replace the water level sensor.

tnx 4 using fixya,
