Try to disassemble it, but first take photos of the wiring, and disassemble the rotary switch, spring the pads in the rotating part softly, and check for loosed parts in it... check a way to clear them.
It should not be hard for you!

Make sure the charger operates first. If it does, try this. It worked for me. Put the battery in the freezer over night. In the morning put it in the sun for several hours. You must be sure the internal batteries are fully thawed. Then recharge normally. You'll get up to 75% capacity back. If this trick doesn't work, then the battery is not repairable.

could be a bad valve in the tire or a bad valve stem. It should seal shut when the hose is removed.

u can call black&decker and get one that way or go to your local hardware store or the place you bought it from and you should be able to get another one.

There's a small PCboard fuse (F1) inside. Remove the six phillps head screws from the bottom plate to expose the PC board. I'm not sure of the fuse size but I'd buy more than one. This seems to happen frequently with these units.
