I have a Kodak ESP7 Printer that has paper jammed inside that there seems no way to get too. The Paper draw does not come right out.

Remove the paper tray. Turn the printer around with the back facing you. there should be two plastic tabs to press and open the rear paper port path of the printer. Open it and see if you can reach the jammed paper. If you cannot reach it from this area, unplug the printer from the power source, press and hold the power button for sixty seconds and turn it upside down. Shake it gently to see if the paper falls out (if it is a small piece ect.). If its not a small piece, plug the printer back in and when the jam error shows on the display click the "ok" or "accept" button. when you click that button - get ready to grab the paper quickly. Pressing the button causes the rollers to roll backwards and then forwards and reset the paper. It will roll the paper towards you and pause for a few brief seconds before pulling it back in again. that will be your change to remove it.

The bottom tray in my Kodak esp7 is stuck in the open position and will not shut

I'm assuming you are talking about the paper tray. Paper trays usually have a metal lift plate in them. The plate is spring loaded. When the tray opens, the spring is actuated and it lifts the paper upward. When the drawer is pushed back in, there is a guide inside the printer that pushes the plate down. Sometimes that plate doesn't hit the guide correctly. Look at where the tray is sitting inside the guide while it's going into place. You should see where the plate should be. There will likely be a path on either side of the printer on the inside that guides the plate downward. Try to push it back into place or take the tray out and guide it back by hand. You'll see that there might be something blocking it as it goes in. Sometimes when you guide it in manually, the tray will correct itself.

Open the face-up output tray. Pull the jammed paper out of the fuser unit. If the paper jam can be cleared, go to Step 7.

Pull the Duplex Tray completly out of the printer.

Pull the jammed paper out of the printer or the Duplex tray. Put the Duplex tray back into the printer.

Push the lock lever down and take the toner cartridge out of the drum unit assembly. Take out the jammed paper if there is any inside the drum unit.

Pulled paper back out just as it was starting to feed. The complete page came out. Now all lights blink and error is flashing

I am assuming this is for a printer. Try unplugging everything, then plug it all back in, put paper in tray and turn printer back on.

Laserjet 4700 Tray 2 stuck will not pull out.

You possiblely have something loose in the tray or something broke. Find something metal and thin, like a hack saw blade, and stick it through the slot between the drawer and printer and see if you can feel the obstruction, and if so try to move it out of the way. Something is catching on the printer frame and drawer.
