Question about Samsung SGH-a777 Cell Phone
Whenever I hold down the power key to turn it on, I get the AT&T splash screen for a couple seconds and then the screen goes blank. Neither replacing the battery or SIM card or plugging it in helps. I'm not sure what caused it to stop working--it seems to have happened spontaneously.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.

Fred - my phone did exactly the same thing in Dec 09. I can see it is turned on - I can even log in by looking at the bottom screen (which lights up when a text message comes in) but the top main 2.2 inch screen is black (with a light lit behind). Is it the same as yours and, if so, how did you resolve it?
