Switch is fine. You have a damaged audio circuit caused by vibration. Check the bikes mounting brackets. probably broken. The radio will need to be repaired. www.ironcrossaudio.com

SOURCE: Harley Radio Problem
A couple potential problems. If you have a speaker / headset selector switch, it may be bad. The circuit in the radio that responds to that switch may have experienced electronic overstress ans blown a component or 2. Finally, the audio circuit may have experienced some vibration damage. These are all repairable conditions. For more info on repairs of these units, contact Iron Cross Audio (www.ironcrossaudio.com). email@example.com.
