We have been unable to locate a user guide online. Here is the part number 6880309J85. It should be available for under $15 (US) from your local Motorola dealer.
Here is a brief description of some of the functions:
Cycle test sees how many charge cycles a battery has left in it. The average number of charge/discharge cycles of a new battery is: NiCd 500-700; NiMH 300-350; Li-Ion 400. (These are averages, batteries will differ.) Analyze looks at the mAH capacity of the battery. With this number you can see what capacity the battery is still holding. (How much gas will fit in the gas tank.) You can improve this number often by running the conditioning cycle. These are better explained in the user manual which comes with the unit. Walk through the steps of the initial set up, being certain the frequency, interference eliminator code and Qt filter match one another. If any one of these three does not match, the radios will not work together. The Qt filter can be problematic, you might want to set it to zero.
