You mean wireless or bluetooth. Because if you try to connect you laptop with a bluetooth adapter on a wireless network, it won't work. They are to different technologies.
Go to device manager and uninstall device. Then remove card. Download driver from here http://www.dlink.com/products/?tab=3&pid=DWL-G630&rev=DWL-G630 after installing driver plug the card back in.
I am having about the same problem with my monitor. The solution I was given, was to take my monitor to a repair shop and have them mess with the rubber behind the buttons, because they are sticking. Or save your $ and do it yourself.
