Question about Microsoft Windows Media Player
Practically since I bought my laptop, the WMP stopped working. I can't uninstall it, and attempting to reinstall it won't work because I get a message that tells me that it's already installed. How can I get it to work?
I would really appreciate some help. - JRN
Check weather WMP is installed in windows add or remove programmes if it is there remove it
Now try to reinstall WMP in a different location other than the earlier.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
