Often the default password for phones is the last 4 digits of your phone number. (If your phone number is 206-555-1234 then your password is 1234)
If you changed it, and can't remember it... Try taking it to your cell phone service provider, and ask them to reset it. Or try to remember it, because honestly I think you're out of luck.

Right first things first, contact Samsung or look at their help page.If they give you some realy *§@#! information, then if you plug in your phone,it will say charging,if you then press back (hangup button) and you should be in the main menu.So you can look at your password in your options.

The push button contact pads inside the phone are either dirty, oxidized, or worn. If the phone is still under warranty, enforce it to have it fixed. If not, take it into your provider and see if they can assist you in fixing it, since they often know how to do this. If the unit is out of warranty, and the provider can't assist you, you can take it apart, and try to clean the button contacts with an electrical contact cleaner, or a qtip and alcohol, or a pencil eraser. If that doesn't help, the phone will have to be serviced. Contact Pantech for assistance:
Good luck, and hope this helps.

Make sure you're using the Pantech charger you got with your phone. I had this problem, got a new one, and realized I'd been using my old charger charger. Plugged it in with the wrong charger, it wouldn't work. Plugged it in with the Pantech charger, it started charging up and worked fine again.
