Its your email service provider and not your phone. If you are sending large files be it video, music or documents with large pictures, you email service provider (Yahoo, gmail, etc) probably has a cap on the size of the file. Also, if its too large of a file it may be timing out. Most email services have a limit and may even charge to send larger files.
These errors mean that the size of the message, including all headers,
text and attachments, exceeds the domain's maximum per-message size
limit - essentially, that the email is too big to be accepted. This means that the message wasn't sent because it was too big. You
need to take out something from the email to that it's small enough to
send.
Delivery Status means what happened with the delivery eg sent, failed.
The recipient domain didn't accept the email because it was too large.
I would advise you to send the email in 2 smaller packages.

25MB message size
Send and receive up to 25MB per message. That means sharing lots of
photos, music, video, and presentations without worrying about bumping
up against message limits.
you can change the resolution of the video to small size for e.g. your video settings was set to high then the file size will be too large to send using MMS or to your email. try to record a video that has low resolution and small file size and send it to your email and it will work.
you can also try to transfer the file from your device to your pc using the a cable or via bluetooth and send it to your email.
Make sure you are using the uploader provided with facebook, verify that your photo size is allowed and that may help. Many newer high resolution cameras take a very hi resolution picture, and as a result the photo has too large of a file size. Download Jasc painshop pro free, or other photo editing software and try to reduce the file size of your photo. You can also reduce the pixel count from your camera before you shoot. Also remember that, the larger your file size the slower the picture will load. This will make it hard for friends and family to view your picture due to long download times.
set the camera for a lower resolution (megapixels). go into yr menu and change for considerable low resolution, make some tries to find which one suite to u better usually 2 or 3 millions megapixels should be fine.
I'm suspecting your internet service provider can't handle the large files (maybe the connection is too slow, or your email account has a file size limitation). Try to create a SMALL video file with your camera...literally no more than 1 or 2 seconds, so that it will have SMALL size. If possible, use a smaller/lower resolution video setting to help keep the file size down. Then upload the small file to your email. Check the file size to see the size as compared to the other videos, and your regular photos. If you are able to send it, and the size is similar to your photos, then it means that the other videos are just too big. (how big are those original video files you were having touble with?).
It's possible that the video file you are sending is too large. A few seconds of video from your camera will already be in a few megabytes (assuming that the camera is set to high resolution). How large is the file?
For smaller file size of video from your camera, you can lower the frame size. Here's how you do it:
If you are planning to send the file via email - select a lower quality.
