Push and hold the reset button that will reset to default configuration settings. I don't know your router make, so that's the best solution I can give.

Connect to the router via a cable.
Open CMD (command) prompt and type:
iconfig
you will see a default gateway listed - write the ip address down.
Open internet explorer and enter the gateway address into the address bar.
Should open a web page to configure the router.
You may have to provide a password.

You will need to open the setup page of the router and check the wireless settings.
You will find the wireless network password. Change it.
Use wired computer to open the setup page of the router.

You are trying to open the NAT on the router for X-box.
For this you will need to reduce the MTU settings on the router to 1365.
You will also need to trigger some ports on the router.
For this you will need to open the router set up page.
Router set up page is the page where you can change the settings of the router

To change the settings on the router, you will need to open the set up page of the router. On this page you will find all the settings of the router. Do you have any computer connected to the router ? If not then you will need to connect the computer to the router. OPen the set up page on the wired computer and change the settings of the router.

This router does not have the typical "strict or open" NAT types. Looking at the manual, it looks like what you want is NAT enabled and SUA only enabled.

Log into router
go to the NAT tab
Enable NAT
Enable SUA only
Apply the change.
