Go into settings and search somewhere either for Main Menu settings or for Sound Settings. If you cannot find it then, just open every setting and read them. You will find it. Hope I Helped!

if the menu does'nt appear you cannot do the codes... firmware problem... need the the software to reprogramme it... service center has it...... tns

hi there you can,t manually reset that now cuz' every time you power it on only logo appears, the problem for that is the program, you should have to go to your nearest sevice center to reprogram your unit. ok!

I had the same problem and fixed it by turning off the phone, removing and re-inserting the battery.

my samsung z500 hang after 1 min it turn on. keypad and other thing does not work.
