Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
Yea on a e250 its on the top and if its orang its locked

If it's the same Sansa model that I have, then there's a small "hold" button on the side. If the "hold" button is switched to "on," then the player will say "locked" and shut down. Turning the "hold" button to the off position unlocks the player and let's it turn on again.

You should propbably check if you have it in hold if not you should try to format your mp3, you format the mp3 by going in to MY COMPUTER then you right click on your mp3 player drive then it desplays a tool bar click on formatthis errases all music, photos, and videos in the mp3.
