Help me Please
my printer is printing but its very light 1 do have only black ink and its full what can i do to darken it up

-   My Dell A940 is barely printing black (full cartridge) and messed up colors (no blue). Can't figure it out. Have replaced the cartridges. Tried printing the test pages but they are not coming out right. -   Guest

Check that you are not printing in draft mode, before looking into www.fixyourownprinter.com

Darkness setting in the setup menu. advance to 25

check print prefrence and set the print pixls
and then give the print command.
