Question about Dell 926 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The printer will print a test page (vertical black lines) but cannot print any documents. There is a sound as though it is trying to feed the paper but cannot. There is an alignment issue it seems. It dispalys a cannot print error or syas there is a jam. I am not sure if this is a mechanical issue (printer is relatively new and rarely used) or something else.
Could have a corrupt driver.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
