Question about HP DeskJet F380 All-In-One Printer
When I try to print I get the following error message:
"Incorrect Print Cartridge(s)
The following print cartridge is not intended for use in this printer
Refer to printer documentation"
The Black Ink Cartridge I'm using is specifically made by HP for this printer (No. 21)
I tried re-inserting the cartridge, cleaning it, re-starting the computer but nothing works. Hope you can help. Thanks.
Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud
