How can i send texts?

I do not know what a NZ data pack is, but you are probably in New Zealand. If you do not have the data pack, you will not be able to access the internet or send data ( Text messages )

You should have a sim card and a contact number to reach someone. Give them hell.!

Nokia N73 Unknown Fault possible software failure ?

Call your service provider to block the internet access on your account, your problem is some application is connecting in the background and using your credit. It's pretty common in those symbian cellphones.
A better solution woluld be to delete all applications you don't use and keep an eye on the ones you currently use.

Regards.

I have a kp170 mobile my first mobile its great but I cant find anywhere in the instrutions how to check cash balance or top up all I have is a user guide can you help please

FOR TOP UP:

Have your registered card handy and text the following to 150.
  • The letters CR
  • The last four digits of your credit/debit card number
  • The amount you want to top up (between £5 and £95 in £5 increments)
  • The three-digit security code on the back of your card (four if AMEX)
For example: CR 1234 5 123
Don't forget the spaces in between - they're important - and we'll send you a text to confirm your top up was successful.
