Question about Garden
Powermore push lawn mower (yardworks 21 inch cut) blows oil out front of engine, the oil pools on mower deck. The engine runs fine, but blows oil. Could this be a cylinder gasket issue? Also how do I install push rods and what are the valve clearances?

It is toast you fried the crank/connecting rod, by running it low on oil.
Its hard to say what caused the oil leak, but now it is ruined.

On many Tecumseh engines, there is a crankcase breather located under the flywheel. It has a cork gasket to seal the top plate of the breather. Either the rubber breather housing is cracked, or the cork gasket needs replaced.

Maybe the engine is running with the fuel from the primer bulb (about few seconds), the carburator is not working and need to be removed checked and cleaned, the most common fail is a jet clogged.
