Hawking control center can't find server @ 192.186.1.100 where should I look?

All worked well on my old XP based laptop. Just bought new Windows 7 based laptop. Thought I updated firmware and software to rev 2.33. Now I can't see the server from control center and can't access via my browser either.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Want to install printer

If you are running Windows XP or Windows Vista, you may simply plug in the printer to the computer, and the computer will install the generic driver.

By default, Windows XP and Vista already has the generic driver installed.

However, if the printer is not a Plug-n-Play device, you will need to load the CD that came with the printer, and follow the installation wizard.

Thank you and good luck!

MY WINDOWS 7 LAPTOP WONT RECOGNISE PRINT SERVER

Please note that all old devices drivers have upto windows xp or 2003 server files becuase now only windows 7 has been launched in the market. So don't worry you can download print server drivers from the site .

If your print server is USB connected , the windows 7 will say found new hardware after that it will ask you update drivers, there you can click on have disk and locate the driver files where you have kept and clickon windows 2000 or xp from here you can select the driver and install it. Defently your print server will work.

Software/driver needed for UC-300 webcam

I checked out the company for your UC-300 camera driver and on the site below the drivers only go up to Windows XP.

http://www.hawkingtech.com/support/details.php?CatID=33&FamID=14&ProdID=252

So I checked further and on the following site

http://www.hawkingtech.com/newdrivers.php

They have changed to newer cameras for VISTA.
Sorry about that but it looks like you will have to buy a new camera.
Microsoft or Logitech are a better choice of web cameras and give better and longer support.
Hope this is of some help. Bud
