Question about Computers & Internet
Yellow paper inside says that as part of my purchase of Print Master Platinum is a 1 year subscription to Million Image Club accessed at www.broderbund.com/MIC/04820. When I try to go there it says no such page exists.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Contacted Fixya's Support Team (Premium Service). Their proposed solution: be sure to install (copy) the other ClickArt CD art files into the same Art Gallery file folder as PM Plat 17. Have not tried it yet, but makes sense that it would work. Thanks for your help - Fixya later!!

When you put the Program install disk in follow the prompt but instead of selecting the "Typical" instalation select "Custom". This way the install will instruct you to select the two or one or none Art cd.s. I assume your copy of Printmast 17 Platinum has all 4 cd's?.If not then you will only have installed about clip 950 art etc. instead of 19,000 plus when you install the Art disk 1&2.
The only drawback is that the two art disc's add another 1gb to the hard drive usage.
I hope this helps.

error's like this are very common and most of the time are caused by microsoft windows updates,go to the site and check first for any updates that need upgrading that don't automaticly update and see what results come up? then you can try and do your install, good luck, garnedd.

If a program cannot be run under Windows 7 because of compatibility issues, which is the case with Broderbund Print Master Platinum Version 18, you have to right click on the executable file that will start the application and click Properties. Select Compatibility tab and check the Windows version you know the program worked with before. You can find more about this Compatibility issue on Microsoft website: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-vista/Make-older-programs-run-in-this-version-of-Windows
