Question about Philips GoGear HDD6330 MP3 Player
When I turn it on, the loading screen appears and stays on until the battery runs out. I cannot turn it off, the loading screen freezes.
It just happened to me, and one way to make the gogear to connect with the pc to use the repair utility was to do as directed above but once it reboots hold the volume down button, that should make the linking graphic appear on the screen of your Gogear Ps. remember that you must have your GoGear connected to the USB port of your computer when doing that, and that you might need to Update the Firmware.

Try the reset by holding down the on/off switch nd then hold the volume + button. it might help
