OpenOffice.org is a free, Open Source alternative to MS Office with a Word compatible word processor, a complete Excel compatible spread sheet program and a Power Point likepresentation software and drawing program and also allows to save to PDF File.

Unfortunately, there's not a lot that you can do without the activation key. Perhaps you can download and install OpenOffice instead. It is open source freeware that can perform the same functions as Microsoft Office. Please note that OpenOffice does not contain an email program like Outlook. You would have to download and configure a separate email program like Thunderbird for that purpose.

it's illegal to 'give away' product codes for M$ products. If you don't have the product key then unfortunately there's nothing you can do other than buy a new copy of Office 2007. You can however install and use LibreOffice which is an open source and free Office Suite. It supports (can open/import and save) Office 2003/2007/2010 file format as well as MS Works file format.
