Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Try disconnecting the printer from the USP Port and re-install the software for the printer. When the software calls for the printer to be connected to the USB, then do so. I have found that most software programs haveto be installed with the printer not connected till told to do so. You may even have to uninstall the printer befor you reinstall the software program. Its worth a try. Bud
