Maybe you need to improve the cooling system of the projector, because the fan inside mya not enough to cool the system. this also a problem encountered here in our office and we assigned one electric fan to cool the said projector. we try calling the dealer but that is not covered with warranty and costly to replace.

Hook up dvd player

There are few ways to make a mistake. Just follow the COLOR coded cable, making certain Red goes to Red, etc. Look at the connector source from the player and attach the cable to the OUT from the Player to the IN on what ever you wish to attach it to.

I have an eiki lc xg400 at my disposal. I have a toshibi vcr/dvd player. How do I hookup the vcr to the projector and is the hook up different for the dvd? Thank you De

this depends on the signal type coming from your sources

best is using component signal ( Y-Pr-Pb) , by using the right cables and right settings for video inputs in the projector menus. In basic this should be possible.

Projector signal goes bad after 25 minutes

It appears the projector was over heating. Why it affected the DVD signal and not the computer signal, I do not know. The other confusing thing was the projector was hanging off the ceiling and should have had plenty of circulation. When I climbed up to check for excessive dust, I found that the lens cap had been placed over the intake vent. I blew off the dust and removed the cap. After running the projector for an hour, it appears that the problem has been solved.

Dell 3300mp Projector No Signal found to Digital DVD

Guys, the projector doesn't do HDCP.  HDMI won't work.  You'll need to run over component or VGA.
