Just get a different amp, It will cost you more to repair it then to get a decent used amp.

How intelligent is Pioneer's vsx amp/rec "power off" protecting mode? Hi, I would like to have an answer to the foregoing title in order to find out if it's worth repairing my Pioneer...

When you remove boards, you may be breaking a circuit somewhere that is causing the shutdown. Pioneer uses rear panel jacks for ground points a lot, and if even one of these screws is out it can cause it to shut down.

I have a model T-10 endurance treadmill when it starts to run about 10 seconds it will stop and code E-1

Unplug unit and remove motor shroud ,check upper & lower wire for solid connections , check condition of magnet on front roller to see if missing or still in place if not replace the roller. Next to the front roller, their is a speed sensor ( reed switch ) unplug the leads going to the the lower board use a multi meter to check continuity of the switch by inserting the leads into the connector and manually rotating the front roller back and forth opening and closing the reed switch if not operating properly then replace the switch.
If the above procedure did not resolve problem and still ERROR 1 then check the Motor Control Board LEDs 6 & 7 If LED 6 isn't on, change a new upper console if on then motor control board needs to be replaced if LED 7 is not on ( that a mouth full )
If LED 7 on - current overload circuit meaning too much friction between belt and deck you will need to apply good quality silicon lubricant that may be purchase @ gympart.com part# TM001
If then if the overload problem, still exists and lubrication did not the help then the belt and deck are worn and need to be replaced. Very seldom do we need to replace the Drive Motor problem is around 8% failure rate. You will get plenty warning if the motor goes out.

Document roller up & down

On the Canon copy machines when this happens, normally it is a bad wiring harness....sounds like your switch is good, but the signal for 'roller down' is not reaching the main board, thus it repeatedly cycles up and down. Try continuity test on the wiring harness from switch connector end to main board connector end...it's a pain to do this, however, when you find the open wire connection, it's worth it.

I have just replaced my HVAC Control board &

Once you have installed the jumper, you will need to kill power to the furnace for about a minute to reset the board. Make sure the the jumper is making good contact. Sometimes they appear to be plugged in but still are not making contact.

Battery recharged fully. still won't working at all.. hmmm canon powershot SD630

Check the small back switch under the battery door. If it is missing, your camera will not power on. If it is missing, dig out the small spring inside the switch housing. If the switch is missing, the spring is making an unwanted connection. If the switch is there, then you have a bad circuit board. It will need a replacement board.
