I need pottery barn larkin sleigh crib instructions
I really need the instructions and the hardware for the crib. They were misplaced and lost during our move. I have contacted Pottery Barn and they were completely USELESS!!! On the crib it clearly states "do not use replacements, contact PB" well I did and they will not help and advised me to check with my local hardware store. The big issue is that I have no idea what size and what the correct type of hardware I need. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

I have run the larkin sleigh crib through 4 kids. I have the toddler bed conversion kit and it is just a 3/4"x5" board that bolts to the mattress frame and keeps the mattress in place. It is only necessary if you are desperate to fill the 1.25" gap between mattress and outer frame so the mattress does not shift. Otherwise, just remove one gate and put mattress on lowest setting, you will be fine. In my pic for some reason I only had it on second lowest setting and the frame would still keep the mattress on the bed. A better idea would be to find a taller brace to use that will keep your child from rolling off the bed accidentally.
We had the same thing happen and Pottery Barn was terrible at helping us remedy the problem. However, after much research, we found the solution! There is a company called Products America (www.productsamerica.com) that sells replacement kits for the PBK cribs. Ours was the antique white sleigh crib...all parts matched perfectly and were identical to the originals! Good luck!
Don't know if it is too late but read your post and the parts can be purchased online at www.productsamerica.com They are identical to the pbk originals.
I had the same crib as #2 and the same problem. It was from Pottery Barn Kids as well. The web customer support was no help, but I called a store near me and they were able to order the whole part set again. It cost less than 10 dollars.
I hope that helps.
