Sounds expensive, I'm afraid!
Here is IBM's explanation of the error codes.
What your machine is telling you is that a chip on your Motherboard is faulty and the only way to repair it is a new system board.
It is probably worth finding out how much IBM would charge you to repair it but I very much doubt you'd get much change from £500.

This is usually caused by one of three items.
1. The cdrom drive is failing
2. The hard drive is failing (it may say hdd 0)
3. The interface to those two items is failing
Consult your seller ASAP and check that he would accept a return. If it was bought "as is" then your are out of luck. So sorry for the bad news
