Question about Philips Televison & Video
Plilips DPTV 310, 60PP935217 We got this tv. As it was brought, they took out the front glass to transport. Question is. There are 2 glasses. Wich glass, in wich order, and which side has to be Built in. Both glass and 4 all sides are different. (actually there are 3 glass, but 1 is taped to a other glas)?
The pair taped together usually are the inner and it is possible to put in backwards----should have marked this with masking tape before removal which is rarely needed to transport this set---cover with heavy quilt and face forward in a pickup etc so wind does not **** screens out.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

not personally order them no, mitsubishi will not let private parties order servisable parts, so u will need to order it through a service man, then, take of the back part side part etc... can be done, but before u get to it u will feel like u own a hardware store with all the screws they put in. be carefull not to touch the mirror!!!

SOURCE: my philips 60
This is a very common failure on Projection TV sets.
Screen looks 3D
Colors don't line up
One or more colors can't be adjusted when using the convergence menu.
Screen is bowed or warped.
You can see some example photos and find a solution here...

Hi Sandy, the problem with your TV is called "convergence". It can be a problem with the convergence board or more likely in this model in the power supply or deflection circuits. Unfortunately, troubleshooting by a technician is required.
