I had the same problem. Put the entire thing in the refrigerator for 24 hours so the plastic can shrink back down to the right size. Basically it got overheated and the plastic cup expanded. That's what the service people told me to do, and I'm in the process of trying that out! Hope it works, and good luck!

I have a black toastmaster personal blender the removable cup part has been broken. I was wondering if there was a way for me to buy a replacement cup the model number is TM1MLB

The model number was listed incorrectly. It is model TM-1MBL.

Someone else may be able to locate contact info for the manufacturer and a part number for this, however, I was not able to find this information.

These mini-blenders can generally be found at Kohls, Amazon.com, eBay etc. for $20 or less, so it just may be easier to buy a new one, as the part plus shipping will likely come to around half of that anyway.

Ridges inside base catch cup so it won't seat properly

The cup rim had gotten into it while stored. It looked like part of the base. As another user noted, the inside of the base is flat, with no ridges.

Need replacement glass for Starbucks blender... Anyone know where to find?

I bought an Oster 6 cup glass and it works perfectly on the Starbucks Barista blender. It has to be the 6 cup NOT the 5 cup or the blade mechanism won't fit. the 6 cup screws right on your old blade base and it was $10 new on Ebay including free shipping.

Dissassemble

Assemble it with motor secure and base & feet on. Drill 3 or 4mm hole in edge of coupling Put screwdriver into hole on a large angle and whack the handle to undo the coupling. You are whacking it to turn in the same direction it turns when the motor is running.

Unable to fit. Cup into base of rocket blender

I had this exact same problem and was scratching my head why would that happen all of a sudden. After taking it completely apart (which I didn't need to), I realized in the end that the cup rim was stuck at the bottom of the blender base. It looked like a part of the base what got me confused the first place. The base of the blender is flat with no ridges around; check if this is the same problem with yours.

Pitcher stuck on base

You will likely need to replace the beaker anyway, the drive which is now melted to the motor coupling is only supplied as part of the beaker/blade assembly. You will also need a motor coupling.

Top part of base broke off

This just happened to me too, and I think I just fixed it.  First you have to get a replacement part called the "blender coupling" (I got mine online from Goodmans for $3.99).  I also replaced the square drive and slinger (two parts come together for $2.99)-that's the little part that sticks up and attaches to the pitcher.
Unscrew the bottom four screws of the base where the rubber feet are.  Remove the rubber skirt to reveal four screws that hold the motor in.  They are way in there so you'll need a long screw driver.  Remove the motor and unscrew the old coupling.  Mine had not been replaced since my grandmother bought this blender who knows when, so the coupling was really stuck.  I did not have a tool narrow enough to get a good grip to apply enough torque to remove the coupling so I had to try a few other tricks.  If your blender is the same, remove the bottom nut, fan blade and two washers.  This gave enough of a rod to grip to get the old coupling off.  (I also had to use some WD40, and heat and cool the coupling a few times to break the old seal).
Good luck!  Hope that helps!
