Question about Edirol UA-4FX External Sound System
I bought Edirol UA 4FX 3 months ago. Since then I couldn't record anything. Seemingly I am doing something wrong. I have Cakewalk, Sonar and Nuendo for recording.
Can you explain simply how to use the equipment, I just want to record my songs with my guitar.
SOURCE: SONAR LE NO AUDIO
make sure, if you are using windows you have the right sound card settings (control panel->audio and sound devices or however) as mentioned in the manual. Also, using sonar LE make sure to have correct settings (options->audio settings). i had trouble with playback too but now everything's working fine. in my sonar settings i use the ASIO driver mode, and mark 'share with other programs'. make sure the right sound card is selected too (options->audio->drivers) and then it sould appear in the advanced window (as for the playback and the record timing master). other possible solutions might be in the options-> midi devices window, though i doubt that. I hope this can be helpfull. Good luck! btw, any solutions on how to NOT get the registration window on the startup?

Hey, if you're in the UK you can ring tech support on 0208 747 5949 - they're really good.
Have you got the advance switch set to ON on the back of the device?
