Question about Frigidaire GLER341A Electric Dryer
You need to check to see if something is caught in the blower or the motor and keeping it from turning.

I am having this same problem with my GE dryer. I found a post on fixitnow.com from a guy that has repaired these for years. He says it is the rear drum bearing. Looks like a pretty easy fix, I am going to try to do it myself. If you try this, I have also read that you should spend the extra $10 to go ahead and replace the drums front felt glide kit.

You need to check the motor isn't bad which is possible. All of what you have stated is possible. You are going to have to check out each and every one until you find it. But all three can cause it.

First check to see if an internal baffle has come loose. Then look thru the trouble door on the back if it has one to see if the belt is acting up for some reason. If the dryer has a center bearing, it may be worn out or the drum may not be in the bearing properly. If the dryer has rollers, check them for damage or lack of grease. Even the front glides can get mis-aligned or the drum is not riding them correctly. In short, take it all apart and check everything.
