You need to have the Power Supply replaced on your Dell. Don't even think about repairing a power supply it caries dangerous voltages and you can get seriously injured. So just take the Dell to a Certified A + Technician Shop near where you live Local shops will often work with you if you do upgrades and repairs with them Good Luck! If you fel you can do this repair be sure to ground yourself so you dont short out your Motherboard components. and remove tyehb screws from the power supply and detach the power cables from the motherboard and hard drive and other drives optical drives CDRWs then replace and reconnect the new power supply dont buy the cheapest one getb a power supply rated higher than yoiur current one so that when you upgrade the system there is enough power there to run all the drives and devices. Good Luck Write me if you have questions I am a A+ Certified Technician with 14 years experience and I have a part time Computer Business. I had a Retail Computer Store and Repair business for over 8 years in St Petersburg ,Fl I do part-time repairs and upgrades now as well as new custom builds by request.

The auto sensing isn't a problem in itself. This is normal behavior. Is it hanging during this auto sensing? If so, and you don't have a device plugged in to that controller, you might consider disabling that channel in the bios. That should prevent it from trying to figure out what's plugged in.

I have dell Optiplex 380 series, before during I am using, it suddently blue screen, and after that i power off the computer, after that i have power up unfortunately it wont start it load the message...

Sounds like the motherboard died. Open the case and look at the capacitors towards the raer of the case. If any of them are buldging, or are leaking a brown "goo" the MoBo is toast.
Fairly common problem in early Optiplex units.

I need vga driver for dell optiplex 380

Which specific model is the Optiplex 380 and what OS is installed on the computer? Does your computer have a graphics card installed or are you using the on-motherboard graphics?

Most of the Optiplex drivers are available here: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/Product/optiplex-380 . Use the drop down menu to select your OS. Expand the section labeled video for the Dell drivers. If you are using the on-board graphics, use the Intel Graphics driver. Otherwise, you need the one for the manufacturer of your video card. Note: Dell has the drivers for the NVidia and AMD cards that were installed on some models. If you have upgraded or added a new card, get the drivers from the manufacturer.

I hope this helps.
