Question about HP Deskjet 2050 All-in-One Printer
The colours are murky and not true. The colours are mixed up. Green is printing orange and colours are very dark.
Try checking you color settings on printer and computer. Also, check your ink cartridge and it's date of manufacture. Sometimes old cartridges behave like that.

The exact serial and model number for all HP printer will either be on the back of the unit where the printer port (USB or otherwise). It can also be found on the bottom sometimes. If you look on the back of the unit it should be there. If you type in the serial number on HP's webiste they have a verification system to tell you which model number you have. If you go to this website and have the printer already plugged in by USB it will pull up the correct drivers by the model number you need. I hope this helps. http://www8.hp.com/us/en/support-drivers.html
