Question about D-Link AirPlus DI-524 Wireless Router
got 2 towers on a di524 router. the router plugs into a s.s5200 for its isp (dsl)
the cabled 1 works fine, connects browses no problems
the usb wireless adapter not so lucky! can't even connect the thing (64bit wep) unless i manually enter ip('s - tried a few), gateway & dns
then it will connect (strong) but i cannot surf.
even played with lan settings in IE to add a direct proxy... no go.
how do i make it work again? because i had wireless before, diff house, diff isp (cable)!
Try re-installing the driver for your USB adapter or create a new wireless network name.
You could also try to download the latest driver for your USB adapter. uninstall the old driver before installing the latest driver for your USB adapter.
