Remove bottom plastic panel across the front of machine- it just clips off (use a small screwdriver or bread knife to prise off). You will now see a round filter behind this panel- unscrew anticlockwise to remove- this is the filter. Sometimes filter can be hard to remove if you have things jammed in it- give it bit of a jiggle and it should come out without forcing it. Remember- if there is still water in the machine, this water will come out on the floor once you remove the filter- put down some towels!! Happy fixing!!

The pump is located in that bottom compartment under the door. There are two screws that you need to take out located in that tiny little opening and the panel will come right off. The pump is right there in front. Let me know if you have any other questions and let me know if this was helpful for you. Good luck and I am glad I could help.

SOURCE: Have a AML 125 front
The door switch may be bad. You can test it with an ohmmeter. Do check the pump to make sure it is not loose or broken. Also check the drain and drain screen to make sure it is not clogged.
