I own a independent watch (no name) I recieve as a gift. The only hint is on the face.is "TRUE TIME" and "Talking Watch". I enjoy tinkering with technology and so enjoy the watch. However it always says "USA time not updated", though the time is fine. So I found instruction. This site is concise and so might help others as well: http://www.independentliving.com/instructions/756504.doc
mcdevito75 here, Without the watch in hand it"s difficult. Only thing I can figure is the watch is talking the PM time when it"s AM time displayed on the watch face, if so, re-set the time of day makeing sure time of day is either AM or PM.
For Super Storm watch: Click Mode (upper left) button until either current time blinks (1st click) or current alarm time blinks (2nd click). Immediately (before the blinking stops, approx 3 seconds), click hours (lower left) and minutes (lower right) to set time. When you pause the clicking, time or alarm will be set.
Unfortunately there are no available instruction downloads for Marcel Drucker talking watches. Use this link to get in touch with them and request instruction manual:

The EXSV10 Atomic Talking Watch by On-Time sets itself to the official time standard of the United States government, maintaining split second accuracy. It can also literally "tell" you the time. It talks! The On-Time talking atomic watch also has daily alarm capability, and can be set to announce the time every hour.
Use the four numbers on the back of your watch and you will have a PDF version of your instruction manual.
If the battery is not visible by removing the back then this is not a battery change that I recommend for the layperson. I suggest taking this to a watchmaker or technician. This is because the battery powering the circuit board for sound maybe under the circuit board and not easily accessible without removing the movement and separating the circuit board from the movement. Also you should know that these sound boards are sensative and can easily be damaged.
