Try this... 1. Open up your My Computer Icon to show your drives installed on your computer and take note which ones are installed. Leave this window open. 2. Connect your ILO device and wait for the two additional movable disk drive to appear in your My Computer window (ex: removable disk drive [E:], removable disk drive [F:]) 3. Right click the first drive that appears (ex: [e:] if the removable drives show as [e:] and [f:]) and select format 4. Click "start" on the format window 5. Disregard the warning notice that pops up 6. Once that is complete retransfer all of your music and then your device should function properly.
Try updating or reinstalling your flash player. If that doesn't work, try using a new browser.
If it's still not solved, it might be an issue with your video card driver. Try updating that.
Hope this helps. :)
A possible fix for the Alps problem
Your Alps pointer problem is probably driver related. To fix it: 1. Open Windows Explorer 2. Right click on Computer & choose properties 3. Open Device Manager (Admin password may be required) 4. Under Mice & other pointing devices, right click Alps pointing-device & choose Update driver software 5. Choose Search automatically & it will download and install the latest signed driver from the windows repositories & hopefully that will fix that problem.
I got this solution off the official site forums. This worked for me hope it does the same for you guys.
"Thanks for the post. Let me start by apologizing for this. We had sent
out a message concerning IE7 and QuickBooks. What is going on is a
dialog box is trying to load, but it is not loading completely.
Windows is waiting for a response from this dialog box, that can't be
seen. What we should be able to do to work around this for now is to
press Alt-F4 at the same time. This should force this window that has
not loaded correctly to close. Now we should be able to work in
QuickBooks without any trouble. If this does not work we may want to
hold the CTRL key down while double clicking on the QuickBooks Icon.
The first solution I have seen not work only once."
