-   I got a Panasonic Viera Plasma, TH-42PX8A, one set up a white band appeared randomly. I had a technician out the Panasonic sent and they claim they have never seen the problem and are not even sure how to fix it. I ended up getting a replacement, much to the objection on Panasonic. They wanted to take it away and "have a play with it"-   camsinbne
