Causes:
1. Unstable power source
2. Low/High voltage
3. Broken thermistor wire
4. Poor contact in the thermistor connector terminals.
5. Heater lamps are broken or not installed correctly.
Before resetting "6XXX" series code, make sure that defective parts have been replaced/repaired. Reset Procedure:
Enter 1087-1087 (1087 twice) from the keypad.
Enter 163 by using keypad.
Press "Start" (the green button) twice.
The machine will restart automatically.
There are several tricks to unlock/reset codes but I found none works perfectly.Without repairing tools it is very hard......So, my comment is to visit your nearest mobile repairing shop.There they can generate the current code moreover they can reset it to default 12345 without missing any user data.Thanks for visiting fixya

if it is c600 then got diagonistic by presssing 10871087
then press 163
press start button 3 times to clear it.machine will restart .this is for fuser .

Are you sure the error isn't C6000, which is a fixing unit error? If it is a C6000 then it maybe able to be reset in simulation mode if the fixing unit hasn't failed. Verify error code.
the c6000 error may be resettable.
the password will be 3200 or 6482. once inside you need to be in copy mode and do the following
punch into the keybord 1087 1087 once you see 000 on the screen punch in 163 and hit the green button you will then see the reset sequence, follow this and it should work. please report if this works
