Check the capacitor. Rating must be within 90% of rated microfarads. If it is a dual capacitor test between C and FAN. Set your meter to read microfarads (uF).

It is possible that the new circuit board has a different remote code programmed into it. The other more obvious answer could be that the remote's batteries have failed? Or did you say it is receiving the remote's output but just not adjusting correctly? Does the remote have lights on it that indicate it is "broadcasting" the signal? It was definitely the exact same circuit board as the one you replaced?

hi.right below the model number there is a number that has numbers...model is muy-a24na..this is a 2ton unit...serial is possible the other number...hope this helps you..michael doctor airr appl.repair...843-384-8474...call if need some advice...its free..good luck
