Recently, someone asked me why I was sending her a picture message as a reply. All I had done was hit "reply" when answering her text. But then, someone else said the same thing. I am apparently sending a picture that you can't open every time I try to send a normal text message. I checked my message details and it classifies my messages as multi media and my outbox shows the recipient's name first, then the message instead of the other way around like before. I went through all of the menus to try to change it back, and I couldn't find aything. Help!

This model not the best for doing & receiving pictures or texts. But I sometimes have issue above if someone has sent a message or a picture to me as part of a group message. I seem to have less issues if they send it to just me directly. Next time someone sends you one, text them back & ask them to send you pic/message seperately, not within a group & see if that helps
MMS(multi media settings) are not activated on your SIM card(connection).
MMS is not activated in your cell or installed on your cell phone.
Case 1: First contact your network provider call the call center n ask them to active MMS settings on your number. Case 2: If above step wont solve your problem then what you have to do is to contact your network provider again and ask them to send corresponding MMSsettings for your cell. They might tell you a code(remember that!).They will send you MMSsettings (or configuration message).Store it!. And in case prompted for password enter that code you were told before. After that set that settings to default. And restart your phone.
You can send pictures from your cell now!!! Good Luck!
hi there, You have to call your networks customer care number and ask them for the settings.most probably they will send it,save the settings and select it as default.now try sending a multimedia message. please vote me if i had helped.
The phone allocates a certain amount of storage for messages on a whole. Even though there may still show space available for text messages, you have hit an invisible "limit" and the phone is now defaulting to MMS messages because there is "room" there. Delete a fair amount of messages and you should be able to start sending regular text's again.
