Question about FixYa Service

Premium User Hi, If some one ask for a solution on Fixya, how do you find whether its a free user or premium? I recently join Fixya for to Support IT problems but could not find out which user is premium paid user and which is free. If I differ that I can start small earnings. Could you help me with some tips & trick on how to grab users as you are the GURU. Many thanks in advance.

    An expert who has achieved level 3 by getting 1000 points

    Superstar:

    An expert that got 20 achievements.

    All-Star:

    An expert that got 10 achievements.

    MVP:

    An expert that got 5 achievements.

It will be labeled as such. Premium problems are very much the minority of posts on FixYa.

I have been a free Fixya expert for a couple of weeks now and have reached level 3 according to my dashboard. How exactly does one go about applying to become a premium Fixya expert to answer premium...


As of today, premium questions are no longer available on Fixya and you cannot apply. Premium services were offered in the past, but Fixya moved to an all free modal some time ago.

How do i apply for fixya premium expert ?


Please be advised that FixYa suspended the all Premium Services some time ago as we feel we can provide our Users with the best service via the FREE forum. Therefore, in the meantime, it is no longer an option to offer paid services on FixYa.

I have a fixya account since jan 2010 and my Rating is 92% Solutions 75 then also my account is having nil amount if i am a regular user so can i switch to premium user


Yes, obcourse, just contineu answering the question, i was qualified for premium user my aplication is under process.

It depends on the type of question you've posted. If it was a premium question and you've paid for the same then hopefully you might have received it on the same day you've posted. Usually, a premium question will be answered within an hour. If I am not wrong, it must be a premium question. If you have problem finding the answer, login to FixYa.com, click the "My FixYa" on the upper top corner of the page, click "My Activity" and then click your problem related to your printer and check for the answer.

Actually, if a user receives answers or comments, an email regarding the comment/answer is sent to the user's email address as a notification. Check your email address and see whether you've got any notification about the problem you've posted or not.

Also, at the time when you login to your fixya account, you will see a ribbon with "View " or similar button will be displayed on the top of the page, if you find this, simply click it and you'll be directed to the page.

Hey i am a member in fixya and i have posted 200 solutions,with 80% and 21 votes and i haven't received a mail from Fixya,so when would i receive it?

select your area of expertise
answer 50 unsolved problems have a rating of 80% min and 5 votes.
apply for being an expert on fixya.

their experts will analyse your solution to decide whether you become premium expert on fixya
