Question about Dell Inspiron 6400 Notebook
I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop and the charger/lead is being really temperamental. I run my lap top off the charger all the time as it cannot work alone (which is fine) but recently i'l plug it in the socket and it wont work. It works in only about half the sockets in my house (the sockets work fine as other appliences work with no problems) i.e. it will be plugged in correctlyand turned on but there is no power oing to the computer and the green light on the charger will not come on.
Anything I can do or do i just need a new one?
U r very correect its the time for new 1 to be bought. u can get the new 1 from radio shack websites. and also dont try to use that faulty charger again as it can possibly blow the laptop electrical parts internally due to any over power short circuit.
