Question about Xerox Office Equipment & Supplies
Just switched out the toner cartridge and waste bottle. Made a few copies and ran out of paper. Loaded a new roll, made a few copies and then got code LL 24 in the display. What happened and how do I fix it without calling for service?

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

you probably have something on the scanning bulb when it goes through the feeder. The scanning bulb is directly to the left of where you use the flatbed. Clean that glass with a dry, clean cloth and you should be back in business.

SOURCE: Xerox 510 will not scan from ADF
If it is new, and not assuming there is a hardware problem with the scanner (some fault), might be a software problem. If the scanned image from the flabed is OK the drivers would be installed properly. You do not say which software you are using but when you have a "Professional" documentscanner and intend to use it for "production" scanning you need proper software also, To scan, to mix documents, rearrange pages, auto remove blank pages, deskew, produce small PDFs even when scanning color and so on. Look at PixEdit - it will do the job for you.

Check that the Waste Toner Bottle and all four Drum Cartridges are seated correctly.
Check fault history for 9-925 faults. If this fault has occurred recently, go to the 9-925 RAP.
Check that the I/F PWB is securely connected to the MCU PWB at P410.
Reinstall the IOT software. Refer to the instructions on the s/w install CD.
