how do i get rid of the flashing green lite from the caller id
and said msg waiting on the display i had no caller id incoming someone please help
and someone told me to call the phoe company and they can help
note i have no op's manual to try to get rid of this problem

see if this corrects the problem. . .press and hold menu/voice mail button to enter the menu. . .press the zero/oper button to go to the message waiting programming option. . then press the edit/flash button to reset tne Message Waiting Indicator. . "DEL" will begin flashing..press the redial/save/ pause button to delete this indicator.. . a long beep will sound to confirm a reset/removal of notification..press menu button to exit. Theo
