They should be located under the front access cover below the door. Under that cover there may be another smaller covered box that they may be located in.Make sure you disconnect the power source before removing any covers.

SOURCE: Some of the refrigerators True
If you check into it further I think you will find that the units are low on freon and the coils are froze up causing the leaks....
Turn them off let them defrost and then have the correct charge placed in the system.....
They will work well, and also save you money because they will run much less...

depends in which country you are??? you could replace the seal your self for about 20-30$ in Canada/USA, does it make a suspect sound?? it could be the compressor not working properly, a new fridge goes for about 200$ & + where i live...

SOURCE: I have a True refrigerator
You will need to find out why the unit is not shutting down properly....
It may be that the thermostat sensor will need to be placed in a different spot...or the temperature may just need to be raised higher...
Does the thermostat turn off the unit if the temperature is raised??? If so, then place a thermometer in the cooler and then adjust the thermostat to 38F by that thermometer and not by the t-stat calibration, it may be off even if it is new...
If the t-stat is not cycling the unit then you will need to use an electrical meter to trace out the power to the unit and find out why it is not shutting down...
